고리타분한 표현을 해볼까. ‘아랫목처럼 이불을 깔고 오랜동안 시간을 녹여내야 따뜻함을 유지할 수 있는 그런 느낌의 여인네’라고 한다면 어떤 여자일지 상상되는가? 아랫목, 이불, 시간을 녹여 따위의 단어만으로도 벌써 괴리감을 느끼는 분도 계실 것이다. 요즘엔 잘 쓰지 않는 그래서 시간의 냄새가 고스란히 묻어나는 단어들이니까. 해도 난 가끔은 그립고 때론 뭐 어쩔텐가하는 기분으로 써보고 싶은 단어다. 여러분은 많이 불편하신가?
